TMQ Ap4


The AP4 features simple, reliable, large rotary knobs for the selection of mode, sensitivity and course functions. LED display for heading/course with LED indicators for drive direction.

Different Display Modes

Set Mode: The autopilot displays the current magnetic heading and will not apply any steering control.
Auto Mode: The autopilot will maintain your vessel on ay selected magnetic course. This course can be set from the control panel by dialling up a course change with course knob. When receiving information from a GPS unit, the autopilot can steer a vessel to a precise latitude and longitude.
Power Mode: The rudder angle may be controlled by the course knob on the main panel or from a remote steering station

Optional Extras

Rudder Angle Indicator: TMQ’s rudder angle indicator displays the angle at which the rudder is applied by the autopilot steering system. A 90mm easy to read display which can be seen from anywhere in the wheelhouse.
Electric Steering Wheel: Superior power steering, built and designed through the AP-4. Results in the elimination of hydraulic pipes from the helm position to the tiller position.
Steering Lever: A necessity on any work vessel where the rudder position is required to be selected quickly.
Drive Units: Tecmarine can supply a range of reversing pump or continuous flow pump sets with directional solenoid valves.
